Dear COCSD Community,
I am thrilled to announce that Lesley Pecharich will be joining our team as the new District
Instructional Coach, supporting new teachers. With 34 years of experience as a teacher and
Title Specialist, Lesley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. She will be
working alongside Stephanie King in her capacity as the District's New Teacher Mentor.
Lesley's extensive background will be invaluable in providing guidance and support to our
new teachers as they navigate their early years in the profession. We are confident that her
dedication and commitment to excellence will greatly benefit our district.
